TRAINING PLAN starts this Tuesday 19th May @ 7pm.
This will be a controlled spin (20-25kmh ) in order to suit all riders.
Hope to see all club members past and present to join us. This is a 10 week plan. (There will be weekly marshals in order to control the speed).
