Weekly cycles
Club cycles continue this week on Tuesday (28th July) and Thursday evening (30th July) from 7pm
Saturday Leisure Cycles at 9am (1st Aug) and Sunday morning cycles from 8:30am (2nd Aug) from mother Hubbards.
All levels of men and women welcome 
Before each spin, please review the Self Assessment Personal Screening Questionnaire via www.cyclingireland.ie/page/events/covid-19.(If you answer yes to any of the questions please kindly stay at home)
When gathering at Mother Hubbards stay at least 2 metres apart.Don’t share equipment or bottles and have your own food, drinks, puncture repair kit, allen keys with you.When cycling in the group please practice good cough /sneeze hygiene.As part of the regulations, the club submits to Cycling Ireland a list of all members who participated during the cycle.If you have any queries please contact our Club Covid 19/Safety Officer
