Sign-on: 9 am – 11:30 am, at Dungarvan United AFC, Kilrush Park, Dungarvan.
Race Start : women’s race will start at 12:30am….
** be aware that the Start / Finish line is 5km from the sign-on location, so give yourself plenty of time to spin from one to the other… use those 5km as a pre-race warm-up / cool-down! **

All Cyclesports GP races start and finish on the R672 on the outskirts of Dungarvan, to the North West, and the women’s race is one lap of the 36km triangular circuit.
The only significant interruption to this largely downhill (see elevation profile below) circuit is the short sharp kick up to the finish line….
